How to Keep Your Employees Happy and Productive
For over a decade I’ve been speaking to companies and associations about productivity and happiness. For years I taught goal setting and time management principles in an effort to help teams and individuals focus and thrive. Then we started teaching happiness and resilience principles and we found that productivity increase - and we never mentioned to do lists or how to crush your goals.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s still a place for success and motivation - I live by it. But we found that happiness training and coaching improved productivity more than productivity training and coaching.
