Summer Self-Care Strategies for the Working AND Stay-At-Home Moms

Just this morning one of my dear friends said, “I used to look forward to summer and our own schedules, and this year I’m dreading it.” After a very weird 15 months, working moms and stay-at-home moms alike are thinking, wait, my kids didn’t spend enough time at school this year.
