In today’s episode, I sat down with Rebecca Haughey on Make It Happen and talk about how we can be more confident in this life full of challenges. Then I give a few tips on launching a podcast during pick my brain.

  • Have at least 6-8 episodes ready upon launch

  • Highly recommend that you think about your next 20 episodes and have them outlined, most never make it past 10 episodes. 

  • Be crystal clear about your audience.
